Get your free Winnipeg Public Library card

You do not need to be a Canadian citizen to get a Winnipeg Public Library card; you only need to live in Winnipeg.

  • You need a Library card to borrow items from the Library and to use Library computers. 
  • You do not need a Library card to come into the library or to attend a program at the Library.
