November 13 is the anniversary of the murder of Helen Betty Osborne, whose life was taken in The Pas, Manitoba, 1971.
At Winnipeg Public Library
Red Dresses will be placed in all Winnipeg Public Library branches the morning of October 4 and will remain until October 18. Members of the public are encouraged and welcome to visit the Red Dresses and pause to honour and reflect on their presence and meaning. Awareness information as well as information about supports for those who made need, will also be on hand.
