Hoopla offers movies and television, audiobooks and ebooks, and comics that you can stream or download. Borrow up to a pre-set limit of items per month and play them as often as you like within your loan period: of 3 days for movies and TV and 7 days for music.

Take advantage of the BingePass and SeasonPass where you can enjoy 7 days of on-demand access to entire collections or series from platforms like Curiosity, Creativebug, and more. Enjoy on your computer, tablet, phone, and TV.

With no waiting, titles can be streamed immediately or downloaded to phones or tablets for offline enjoyment later. There are thousands of titles to choose from, with more added daily.

Please note that Winnipeg Public Library no longer provides access to Hoopla music. We are in the process of removing these records from our catalogue. Hoopla movies and television continue to be available, as well as new collections of eBooks, audiobooks, comics, and magazines. Other streaming music collections to access are Naxos Music Library and Naxos Jazz.
