Service at these libraries will be for contactless holds pick-up and return services only. Customers will not be able to enter branches. Holds may be placed using the library’s online catalogue or mobile app or by phoning the library starting December 7th.

Staff are answering phones when the library is closed. To speak with staff, you can call 9:30am-5pm (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday) and 1-8pm (Thursday).
You will receive an email or telephone notification when your hold is ready to be checked out as well as how long it will be available for pickup.
