Early Literacy Info Guide

Providing information and programs to support early literacy is a priority of Winnipeg Public Library. Whether we are connecting you with current research about early literacy or designing and offering free Early Literacy Programs to support early literacy skills, we work to provide you and the children you care for services that are relevant, effective and fun.
